There are a couple of reasons why the system downgrades users to free. A downgraded user faces more significant limitations and quickly “Upgrade Warnings” messages.

To confirm that the downgraded happened, please go to your Billing Settings pages: https://app.securiwiser.com/my-subscription and update the billing information if necessary.

Now, Securiwiser downgraded your account because it did not detect any payment for the last invoice. Typically, we send emails to the account email, notifying that the charge was unsuccessful.
