From the moment you started your free 7-day trial, you entered your credit card details contingent on an automatic upgrade when the trial ended, that is, if you didn’t cancel before the end of the trial period.
Although this is how most free trials work, we apologize for not making it clearer during that initial process. We are working to make this detail as clear as possible for those signing up for the free trial of Premium/Business plan.
If this happened to you and you feel that you should get a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so your case can be discussed and evaluated.
If a refund is issued, the amount will be applied to the credit/debit card used for the original for the purchase and can take 5-10 business days for the refund to process and reflect back within your account.
